EchoRemind Terms of Service

By using EchoRemind, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The app may appear as "Echo" in some app-store or in-app surfaces.
Service
EchoRemind captures your voice, transcribes it, creates reminders, schedules notifications, and can sync selected reminders with Google Calendar. The service integrates third-party processors, including Google APIs for Google Calendar sync and AI providers such as Google Gemini API and Fireworks AI API for AI-powered features. We configure available provider settings with data-training opt-out for user-submitted content where available. AI outputs may be inaccurate; do not rely on the app for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions. The app is provided "as is".
User Content
You retain rights to your content. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation. Do not submit unlawful content or content that violates others’ rights.
- Do not use the service for high‑risk activities or to generate or disseminate harmful or illegal content.
- Do not circumvent rate limits or attempt to extract underlying models or data.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and the policies of our providers (see Google Gemini API Terms (Paid Services) and Fireworks AI Privacy Policy).
Third‑Party Services
The app relies on third parties, including Google APIs for Google Calendar sync, Google Gemini API, Fireworks AI API, backend/storage providers, and push notification providers, subject to their own terms and availability. By using connected features, you authorize us to transmit your content and authorized account data to such providers solely to provide the service. Disclaimers & Liability
No warranty of accuracy or timeliness is provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts you’ve paid (if any). We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third‑party providers.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
